About the Journal

The journal is a specialized publication in the fields of digital technologies and mathematics. Its purpose is to comprehensively cover scientific, practical, and innovative developments in the areas of information technology, infocommunication, and mathematics; to more fully meet readers’ needs for technical, scientific, and innovative information; to ensure the broad and effective use of the journal’s potential; and to promote the effective integration of science, education, and industry. In addition, the journal aims to promote and popularize news, scientific and practical works, innovative ideas, achievements in production, as well as the best practices and research results of specialists working in this field.

The editorial board publishes scientific articles on current issues in digital technology disciplines such as software engineering, artificial intelligence technologies, computer engineering, infocommunication engineering, information security, and mathematics, as well as on the challenges of developing digital technologies. At the same time, the journal publishes the best scientific and publicistic works of leading scholars and practitioners from our country and abroad in the field of modern technologies.

The editorial board adheres to the principle of diversity of viewpoints and opinions. The journal carries out the following tasks:

  • publishing scientific articles by leading scholars and specialists from the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign countries, as well as doctoral students, independent researchers, master’s students, and undergraduate students conducting research in advanced areas of information technology, including software engineering and programming technologies, artificial intelligence technologies, big data analysis and processing, digital signal and image processing, computer systems architecture and IoT technologies, telecommunication engineering, and network technologies, and delivering these materials to the scientific community;

  • supporting the organization of scientific and educational activities in the field of information and communication technologies taught at local and foreign higher education institutions in accordance with international standards, as well as delivering scientific and methodological innovations in these areas to the scientific community;

  • contributing to the broad international recognition of leading researchers and scholars working at local higher education and research institutions, as well as their achievements in science.

The editorial board is responsible for preparing the electronic version of the journal, and its main areas of activity include the following:

  • highlighting the essence and content of disciplines such as software engineering, artificial intelligence technologies, infocommunication engineering, and information security, as well as popularizing the results of research aimed at applying the best practices of developed foreign countries in our country;

  • presenting to the general public scientific articles and other materials reflecting the results of research conducted by leading scholars, specialists, and researchers of the republic in the field of information technology;

  • covering the development of theories related to information technology in our country and abroad, their practical implementation, and the results of empirical and applied research in this field.
